Edenred Card FKSP

  • Edenred Card FKSP je contactless chip card by Mastercard.

  • It combines the advantages of meal card and leisure card.

  • Wallets are charged separately and the cardholder can use the wallet to which the employer has uploaded funds

  • During the payment, the card recognises the establishment and deducts the funds from the respective wallet.

  • Withdrawal of funds through the card is in accordance with Decree No. 114 Coll. about FKSP and in accordance with your employer's internal guidelines.

Limity

  • There is no payment limit for the meal wallet on Edenred Card FKSP and
    you can pay with it up to the amount of your meal account balance.
  • You can pay by card without limitation up to the amount of the balance on your meal voucher wallet.
  • For payments over CZK 500, you will be asked to enter a PIN when making a payment.

Your limit will automatically renew at 1:00 AM so you can shop again. This limit cannot be changed and also serves as a security measure in case your card is lost.

Funds on your card are safe
If your card is lost or stolen, you can simply block it and we will issue a new card to you – with the same PIN and the same balance. You have non-stop control over your card using an online account or a mobile application.



Validity of the funds

The validity of the funds at meal voucher wallet
The validity of the funds is a maximum of 15 months. The funds loaded between 1 January and 30 September are always valid until the end of the same year. The funds loaded between 1 October and 31 December are valid until the end of the next year.

Validity of funds at freetime wallet
The funds are valid 24 months from loading. Card transactions automatically draw on the oldest funds in the account.

Where can you go shopping with your Edenred Card FKSP?

Shopping with your card by Edenred 

All establishments where you pay with your card can be found in the establishment search engine in your cafeteria account, or after logging into your card account at edenred.cz, or in the Edenred mobile application after adding your card to the application.

The list of establishments where your benefits are accepted is in accordance with Decree No. 114 Coll. about FKSP and in accordance with your employer's internal guidelines

Mobile payment

Mobile Payment is

  • easier (you do not have to enter your PIN for payments over CZK 500)
  • quicker (just "beep" and it is payed; on all conventional payment terminals)
  • safe (you confirm the payment with Touch ID or Face ID function or by unlocking the screen)
  • You can add your Edenred Card up to four mobile devices (smart phone, smart watch, etc).

Split payments

The payment card acts as any other bank card. Whether or
not a split payment with the rest paid using cash or another
card will be accepted depends on the skills and willingness of the service personnel. This is often subject to the limitations of the cash desk system and even a helpful cashier cannot do
anything about them.
