Can I use the FKSP Edenred Card as soon as I receive it?

Before you can pay with your new card, you must activate it. You activate the card in your online card account. If you still don't have an account, you need to register first. Then activate the card on the My cards page.

How do I activate my new FKSP Edenred Card?

You can activate the FKSP Edenred Card on the website www.edenred.cz. Create your account and select "Activate card" in your account. What is the validity of the FKSP Edenred Card and the funds on the card?

The validity of the card is 5 years and is indicated on its front side. The validity of funds in the Ticket Restaurant® wallet is the same as for paper meal tickets, maximum 15 months. Funds charged from 1 January to 30 September are always valid until the end of the same year. Funds loaded from 1/10 to 31/12.

Where can I find the PIN for the FKSP Edenred Card?

You can get your PIN in your card account (you can find more about your card account on the All about your account page under the Useful/Instructions tab. Log in to your account on the website www.edenred.cz and select the "Show PIN" item for your card. Follow the instructions for displaying Detailed instructions.

Where can I find an overview of the card balance?

Basic information about your card can be found above the main menu bar at the top of the home page or under the Payment options/Card overview tab in your cafeteria. Here, in addition to the available balance on the card, you can also check the status of your card (active, blocked, etc.), the validity of your card, its number and holder. The balance can also be checked in the Edenred mobile application. The app can be downloaded for free on Google Play and the Apple Store.

What wallets does the FKSP Edenred Card include?

The FKSP Edenred Card allows you to use 2 wallets – the Ticket Restaurant meal voucher wallet and the Edenred Benefits leisure wallet. what you pay for and it will deduct the funds from the correct wallet. You draw funds for meals by paying with your meal voucher wallet on the FKSP Edenred Card. You can draw leisure funds through payments with your FKSP Edenred Card, or directly from Edenred's All in One cafeteria. The leisure wallets on the card and in the cafeteria are synchronized over time, so that, for example, buying vouchers directly in the cafeteria will reduce the available balance on the leisure wallets of the FKSP Edenred Card.
