Slevomat isn’t just a fantastic resource for cultural and travel experiences, children’s clubs, sports events,
language classes and other educational courses. It’s also a reliable source of original gifts for your friends and
family. And when you give a gift voucher, they can treat themselves to something they really want.

How to top up your credits by transferring points from an Edenred card or the Cafeteria

  1. On the webpage slevomat.cz/benefity/edenred
    choose how you want to top up your Slevomat
    account credits. Select Edenred Benefits Premium if you want
    to transfer points directly from your Cafeteria, or
    EDENRED CARD if you’re transferring points from
    your benefit card.

  2. Choose the number of credits and the category you want
    your benefit points transferred to (Travel and Leisure in the
    case of Edenred Benefits Premium, or Travel, Leisure and Restaurants in
    the case of an Edenred Card). After choosing a category a
    menu will appear on the right showing the options for using
    your transferred points based on your previous choice.

  1. When you click on the button GET CREDITS FOR (SELECTED
    CATEGORY) you will be redirected to your Cafeteria account or a payment gateway, where you must enter your benefit card’s number, expiration date and CVC/CVV code, and then complete the transfer of points.

Where can I find out how many credits I have accumulated on Slevomat.cz?

Log in to Slevomat.cz. From the "Credits" menu in your account, click on the "View Credit History" link found under your account status at the top. You can then see in the history how many credits you have transferred from your cafeteria to Slevomat.cz and in which categories you can purchase with the transferred credits.

How long are my credits valid on Slevomat.cz?

Credits are always valid 6 months after charging. You can check the balance in the overview of credits in your Slevomat account. The validity of credits cannot be extended. If you use the credits for a purchase and then cancel the order, Slevomat.cz will return them in full to your Slevomat account. Their original validity and the selected category do not change.

Can I transfer my Slevomat.cz credits back to the cafeteria?

You cannot return your credits from the Slevomat back to the cafeteria. Always first select the service you want to purchase on Slevomat.cz. Check which category your selected service falls into. Only then transfer your funds from the cafeteria to credits.
