What is the special offer of the Edenred loyalty program can be as followed:**

Xth lunch / free food / drink (eg 10 + 1 free lunch)
Xth lunch / food / drink with a discount (eg every 6th lunch for half)
Free drink / soup / dessert from the lunch menu
% discount for loyal customers (eg loyalty card with 10% discount)
Cash reward / discount / other reward for accumulated expenses (eg for expenses in the amount of CZK 1,000 voucher for CZK 50)
Great drink / soup / food for the price of less

Information about other special offers (eg all you can eat)
We do not consider as a special offer, a regular food and beverage menu, an event for alcoholic beverages, free tap water or any offer that is not valid for a long time (it should be valid for at least 1 month). The publication of tenders is subject to an assessment of their relevance and approval by Edenred.
How to place an offer to Edenred Loyalty Program
Enter a special offer directly in your account on the Edenred portal, it takes no more than 5 minutes and will bring you more guests. You will get premium display on the partner's map and thus attract employees from nearby companies to lunch. You can find more information at edenred.cz/partners-special-offers.
- Log in to your account or register on the portal edenred.cz
- Associate your establishment/s to the account. Enter the ID number and partner code, which you can find in the contract, on the invoice, statement or in the notification email after signing the contract.
- Insert your offer. You will need:
* offer name (mandatory field, max. 30 characters)
* description of the offer (mandatory field, max. 90 characters)
* link for more information (optional field)
* offer validity (mandatory field)
* select an image from the menu (required)
For standing offers, enter an expiration date before the end of the year.
- Select the establishments where the offer should apply.
- Submit offer for approval and publication. Publication usually takes place within 48 hours of entry.
What is the cost of promotion in the Edenred Loyalty Program
This service is completely free for you as an Edenred partner!
What you will need to enter the offer
Have a user account on the Edenred portal activated with a partner code.
(You can find the partner code in the contract, in the notification e-mail we sent you after signing the contract, on the invoice for Ticket Restaurant paper meal tickets or on the statement.)
Prepare information about the offer: name of the offer (max. 30 characters), description of the offer (max. 90 characters), link for more information (e.g. on your website), validity of the offer from-to.
(If the offer is valid in several establishments, in the next step you will be able to simply mark them and the offer will be assigned to them all at once.)
Can the lunch menu also be entered as a special offer?
If your restaurant offers a long-term and regular (i.e. every weekday throughout the year) lunch menu, you can certainly enter it into the application as a menu. For example like this:

Description of the offer: Every weekday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Valid until: 31/12/2021
The "Description of the menu" field is not designed to list specific meals for a specific day. The offer will first be sent for approval and then published within 2 working days. It is also not possible to edit this field later after the offer is published, as frequent changes could be confusing for users.
The best solution is a link to your website or social networks that does not change, but guests can always find up-to-date information there.
How many people will see your offer
Our app is opened more than 2,000,000 times per month by users, many of them repeatedly. We have thousands of new users of meal cards and apps every month.
Is it possible to enter an offer if I do not accept Edenred meal cards?
In order to be able to enter offers, it is first necessary to extend the contract for the acceptance of meal cards for the holders of which the Edenred mobile application is intended. It gives them an overview of the balance on the card and helps them find establishments where they can pay with a meal card and take advantage of a special offer. The acceptance of restaurant meal cards is therefore a necessary condition for entering an offer. Can I submit an offer if I am not an Edenred partner?
Unfortunately, no. The mobile application and the benefits associated with it are intended only for Edenred meal card holders. If you are interested in accepting Edenred meal vouchers and concluding a partnership agreement, do not hesitate to contact us at partnerske-cz@edenred.com
Can I submit an offer if I don't run a restaurant?
We will assess your offers individually, but their subject should be normal daily meals/refreshments = hot/cold food for immediate consumption, drinks, etc. As the new functions of the application are intended to support restaurants, we will not be able to approve offers for the purchase of food.
What is required in order to have extra cashback benefit from Edenred to my special offer?
You run a catering facility within the contractual network of the Ticket Restaurant Card or Edenred Card (within the Ticket Restaurant wallets).
Your MCC (Merchant category code) is one of the following codes: 7399, 7011, 5814, 5813, 5812, 5811.
You have an approved and currently valid special offer in the Edenred mobile application.
