How to sign up for the loyalty program

1. download the Edenred app
2. open the app and confirm signing up for the loyalty program and displaying restaurant offers
3. add your meal card to the application
4. sign up for the Edenred loyalty program

I want to log in, but I don't have a smartphone

1. fill in the e-mail* and serial number of your meal card in the registration form on the program page.
2. click APPLY TO PROGRAM

What payments are included in the program

After registering for the program, you must meet 3 conditions for the payment to be credited:

1. Go to one of the partner restaurants or shops in Edenred.

2. Have two meals in a restaurant with a minimum value of CZK 150 or shop in selected stores according to the conditions of the promotional offer in the mobile application. For the second lunch at the restaurant, you will receive a cashback of CZK 10, if it is a restaurant with an offer in the mobile application, or a cashback of CZK 5 at any other restaurant accepting payments with the Edenred meal card.

3. Pay with Ticket Restaurant or Edenred Card.

You can make several such payments per day, but at least 60 minutes must pass between transactions at one restaurant/shop. The stated distance between transactions does not apply to e-commerce transactions.

When will you credit me with the reward?

We will usually credit you with the reward within 7 working days of paying in a restaurant or selected grocery store with an offer in the application. You can easily check your card balance as well as your payment and credit transaction history apps/details?id= in the Edenred mobile app, which you can download from Google Play cz .eman.ticketka&hl=cs){target="_blank"}and App Store .
